A powerful blend of power yoga, cardio, pilates, barre, HIIT, and weighted strength training. This class can be modified for all levels and will rock your body and soul.

Heavy lifting is powerful. In this class we work with 10, 15, and 20 lb. dumbbells, along with bands and other tools designed to challenge your strength and build real power.
